When we saw Patty’s newest hairstyle we knew we had to get her in for some photos. We don’t know why it has taken us so long to get her on Ladyboy Crush in the first place. Either way — we are definitely digging Patty’s new look! Finding ladyboys with blonde spikey hair isn’t the easiest task here in Asia you know!
